Placing an Order

Ordering online with EverettStunz.com is as easy as 1,2,3. First, browse through our selection of exciting items and choose the item(s) you would like to purchase. Then add the item to your shopping cart and proceed shopping or continue to check out. That's it! It's that easy.

Canceling My Order

After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change your order prior to shipment, you must contact a Customer Service representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed.

Sales Tax

EverettStunz.com is required by law to charge appropriate sales tax for orders with ship to addresses within the state of California.

Absolutely! We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that your personal information cannot be intercepted and read by a third party. Your personal information and your credit card information are converted into bits of code that are transmitted securely. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit card information as a result of giving it to us over the Web, but if you ever suspect that your credit card information is being used without your knowledge, you should contact your credit card company immediately.

Returns

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from EverettStunz.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges. Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. Pillows, Comforters, Mattress pads and Bedding products including products with Down or Synthetic fillers are not returnable. If you are uncertain about a pattern or style, we recommend purchasing a sham, wash cloth, or napkin as a sample to ensure your full satisfaction prior to making your final purchase.

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in their original packaging and in their original condition. Laundered items and items that have been opened or used are not returnable. Everett Stunz reserves the right to inspect and return any items deemed not acceptable for return. For all returns please contact a Customer Service representative at 1-800-883-3305. After your request has been submitted and approval given, please ship package to the address listed below. All packages received by EverettStunz.com without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

Credit

You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product less the original shipping and handling charges. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.

Return Instructions

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps: Please refer to your packing slip for return information. Contact Us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will respond within 24 hours with this authorization. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in its original packaging and in its original condition. Laundered items will not be accepted. Everett Stunz reserves the right to inspect and return any items deemed not acceptable for return. Each package requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After request has been submitted and the approval given, please ship package to the address listed below. All packages received by EverettStunz.com without a Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Insure package for proper protection.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship items to an alternate address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. We currently offer two shipping options within the United States. You may choose Standard Ground or Expedited Service. If you choose Standard Ground, most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 5 to 7 business days. Need it faster? Expedited will deliver your order within 3 business days after we have filled your order. Please contact a Customer Service representative to discuss alternate shipping options. Shipping Outside the United States

EverettStunz.com will ship your order to any location within the contiguous United States. For complete shipping information, visit our Shipping Rate Chart. Shipping to a PO Box We're sorry, but you must provide us with a valid residential address in order to accommodate your request. Tracking Packages

Locate the UPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at http://www.ups.com/ to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS's web site.

Also, you will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.

The second confirms that your order has been shipped (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours after your package is shipped.
